| About | Jack Bly SMITHVILLE -- Jack A. Bly, 47, 416 E. Center St., died Tuesday, Nov. 24, at his residence. Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, with the Rev. Stephen Olsen officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Friday from 5-8 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home, Wooster. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jack Bly Memorial Fund, in care of Wooster Community Hospital, 1761 Beall Ave., Wooster; or to Hospice of Wayne County, 2525-A Back Orrville Road, Wooster 44691. Surviving in addition to his wife are sons, James Aaron Bly of Toledo and Daniel Ray Bly of Smithville; and a sister, JoAnne Bly of San Bernardino, Calif.
