| About | Vera M (Zoll) Wray, 34, of 4510 idle Rd., Urbana, died at 1:25 a.m. Saturday in Mercy Medical Center, Springfield. She was born in Urbana, November 22, 1950, the daughter of Harold and Ellen (Black) Zoll, both of whom survive. She was a member and past matron of Elizabeth M Hood Chapter 505 Order of Eastern Star. She was also a grand associate worthy adviser of the Rainbow Girls of Ohio. A graduate of Urbana High School, she attended Anderson College and was employed at the Grimes Division of Midland Ross. Survivors include her husband, David, a son, Eric Brown, at home, a stepson, Sean Wray, at home, a stepdaughter, Dawn, of Urbana, her parents and a brother, Harold Ray Zoll of Safford, Arizona. Services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Walter Funeral Home with the Rev. Lowell Peterson of Westville Concord United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Eastern Star services will be held there at 8:30 p.m. Contributions may be made to the Cancer Association of Champaign County. |
