Bill was a graduate of Wellsville High School class of 1959. He served in the U.S. Army, also was Commander of American Legion Post 70, served as Grand Marshall for several years of the Annual Memorial Day Parade in Wellsville. He worked for Conrail into his retirement, where he moved to Pompano Beach, FL with his lovely wife, Pennie. Bill is survived by his wife, Pennie Winland of Tamarac, FL, three children, Chris Winland, of East Liverpool, Stephanie Adams, of South Weymouth, MA, and Kevin Thomas of Pembroke Pines, FL. Bill is also survived by three Grand Children, Christopher Mason of Wellsville, Dylan Thomas of Pembroke Pines, FL and Danny Thomas also of Pembroke Pines, FL. |
