Dr. Carl A. Miller, 53, passed away on Friday, Nov. 18, 2016, at Riverside Hospital. Son of the late Roger A Miller, is survived by his beloved mother Britta L Miller, sister Majorie A Miller, brothers Ronald and Charlie Miller, and his best friend and soul mate, Pamela Rodgers. Carl was 1982 Class President and graduate of Whetstone High School and went on to obtain his bachelor's degree from Otterbein College, his master's degree from Wright State University, and his doctorate from University of Toledo. |
