| About | Peter died suddenly Jan. 14, 2012, in Mentor. Born April 3, 1949 in Cleveland, he had lived in Wickliffe before moving to Mentor 39 years ago. He was the owner of Little Mountain Plumbing, which he established in 1992. Peter was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Plumbers Association of Northeastern Ohio, Americans of Italian Heritage, an avid hunter and fisherman and a proud member of the N.R.A. He is survived by his wife, Louise (Prijatel) Formica, whom he married 40 years ago; daughters, Nikki (Mark) Formica-Babb and Natalie M. Formica (Doug Rusnak); son, Anthony J. (Lisa) Formica; grandchildren, Rachel and Peter Formica, Patty Babb and Madison Rusnak; sisters, Sara Gaskey of Cincinnati, Mary (Warren) Jagodnik of Virginia and Nancy (Tim) Aquila; and many, many good friends. |
