| About | Donald Ray Chambliss, 45, of Xenia, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday July 7, 2009.He was born Aug. 5, 1963, in Colorado. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Tawana Chambliss.They have four children, Donald Lee Chambliss, (his fiancee, Stephanie Hauptman), Toni Chambliss, Anthony Chambliss and Trevor Chambliss; a grandchild, Leland Chambliss; his mother, Linda Lucielle Crabtree Chambliss; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tony and Sue Reed; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, his father, Donald Leroy Chambliss; uncle, Wayne Chambliss; and cousin, Rob Chambliss. Donnie was employed at JTF Construction Inc. since 2004, where he met a lot of good co-workers, who turned into family that was always there when he needed them.Donnie was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, and was loved by everyone who knew him. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and loved demolition derbies. What he enjoyed most was spending time with his children and taking them skating and to softball games. He was a coach and mentor to many children. |
