| About | Manchester, Ohio--Rita D. Day Kirk, 55 of Manchester, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, at Meadowview Regional Medical Center. She was born on July 21, 1953 to Thomas E. Day (deceased) and Mary Grace Ellison McCord, of Manchester, in Adams County, Ohio. In addition to her father, she is procedded in death by her husband, Lonnie Kirk who died Feb. 28,, 2008. Rita D. Kirk is survived by five sons, Brandon Blythe of Rio Grande, Ohio, Kenny Blythe of Cincinnati, Cory Blythe of Manchester, Johnny Kirk of Maysville, and Scottie Kirk of Manchester; one daughter, Katelyn Kirk of Felicity, Ohio; three brothers, Kenny McCord of St Paris, Ohio, Wayne Day of Jamestown, Ohio, Rick Day of Xenia, Ohio; two sisters, Brenda Howell of Xenia, Ohio and Clotina Mathews of Peebles, Ohio;, and numerous grandchildren. Services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 14 at Wilson Home for Funerals. Burial will follow at the Manchester Cemetary. Visitation will be held today from 6-9p.m. |
