About | Andrew "Andy" Adam Tabler Jr., 62 of Zanesville died at 10:04 AM on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at the Ohio State University James Cancer Center Hospital following a long courageous battle with cancer. He was born on June 29, 1962, in Zanesville, Ohio the, son of Andrew Adam Tabler Sr. and Irene (Nickols) Doyle. Andy was a member of Coburn United Methodist Church and a 1980 graduate of Zanesville High School. Throughout Andy’s life he built many successful businesses from the ground up. The most recent being ARS Inspections, Radon and Mold Solutions of Ohio, and Advantage Pest Control. He is survived by his two sons, Brice (Reigh) Tabler and Zachary (Kari) Tabler and seven grandchildren; Bo, Aiden, Boston, Peyton, Brinley, Briar, and Weslee. Andy always believed that one of his greatest accomplishments were his grandchildren. He loved everything about being a grandpa and some of the best moments in his life were spent with them painting pictures, reading books, sharing homecooked meals, and simply being called “papaw.” He is survived by several sisters and a brother, Dan. Andy especially enjoyed the many mornings he spent with his brother Dan conversing over a cup of coffee. In addition to his parents, Andy was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Sue (Wagner) Tabler, whom he loved dearly. Andy married his soulmate on October 1, 1988, and they shared some of life’s best and most challenging moments together. Visitation will be held 2 to 5 PM Sunday, December 1st at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home and one hour prior to service at the church. Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 3rd at Coburn United Methodist Church. Rev. Mark Raaker and Rev. Bill Cronk will officiate with a prayer and reflection provided by Rev. Doris Flynn. Burial to follow at the Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery where Andy will be laid to rest beside his wife |
