About | Anna Emilie Dalton, age 84, former long time resident of Nob Hill, went to be with her Lord Monday Dec. 26, 2005 at 6:45 a.m. at the Genesis Good Samaritan Medical Center. She was born Sept. 29, 1921 in Bietigheim, Germany and was the daughter of the late Frederick & Maria (Kneule) Schneider. Ann was a member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church since 1925, and also a member of the church's Ladies Aid Auxiliary. She enjoyed many activities such as bowling, golf and playing bridge. Surviving are a son, Wendell "Punkie" (Andi) Dalton of Westerville; daughters: Barbara "Babs" (Jaimie) Campbell of Etoile, TX & Diane "Tootsie" (Roger) Graham of Zanesville; grandchildren: Deidre Hinze, Derek Koonts, David Graham, Chantel Tracey, Heather Graham, Cecilia, Elizabeth and Claire Dalton, and a step-grandson, Ross Tyson; great grandchildren: Hayden, Karlie & Katelyn Graham, Regan & Sydney Ann Hinze, Jasmine Dyer; sisters: Helen (Harry) Huey of Zanesville & Frances Neudecker of Ridgeville, IN; several nieces and nephews, and her beloved pets: Daisy, Penny, Puggy & Lola. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell Dalton, whom she married Feb. 14, 1946 and who passed away May 27, 1989; brother, Gustav Schneider; sisters: Bertha Lachenmayr and Mary Niethammer, and three infant brothers and one infant sister. Friends may call from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. Wednesday December 28, 2005 at the Bryan Funeral Home, 2318 Maple Ave. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday December 29, 2005 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 128 S. 7th St., with Pastor Keith Lingsch officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the church. Committal services will follow at Memorial Park, Zanesville. |
