About | Bruce Allen Cramer, 59, of Zanesville, passed away at 5:50 pm Sunday, March 13, 2005, at the Ohio State University Medical Center, after a lengthy illness. Bruce was born January 15, 1946, in Zanesville, to the late J. Ellsworth and Sibyl Thornton Cramer. He was a truck driver for Barr-Nunn and served our country and protected our freedom by serving in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Surviving are his loving wife, Jean Crumbaker Cramer of the home; two sons, Jay Cramer of the home and Dustin (Heather) Cramer; two daughters, Corinna (Phillip) Hopper and Teisha ( Donald) Cramer; two brothers, Roger (Penny) Cramer and Edward (Kay) Cramer, all of Zanesville; a brother-in-law, Charles Offinger of Frazeysburg; five grandchildren, Julia, Katawna, Jacob, Ryan and Mitchell; an aunt, Mildred Mercer of Zanesville; and his faithful K-9 companion, Dorsey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Teresa Offinger; and a cousin Art Mercer. Burial with full military honors, will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. |
