| About | Carol E. Frame, 78 of Blue Rock, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2022 while under the care of Highland Oaks Health Center in McConnelsville. Carol was born on October 24, 1943 in Zanesville. She is the daughter of the late Robert and Alice (Krigbaum) Robe. She retired from Franklin Local School District where she taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grade English, Health, and Science for 26.4 years. She enjoyed gardening and taking care of her animals, especially her sheep and dogs. She also enjoyed going to the Ohio State Fair, shopping and buying gifts for people, but most of all she loved to talk! Carol is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jerry R. Frame, whom she married July 7, 1976; her daughter, Rachel Ellen (Casey) Goodpaster, Robert Cecil (Lucretia Hope) Frame and Randall Don Frame; her two granddaughters, Annaca Faith and Addalyn Grace Frame; her sister, Sandra Robe and her sister-in-law, Mary Robe. In addition to her parents, Carol is preceded in death by her brother, Robert Robe and her sister and brother-in-law, Marlene (Dwight) Wiles and her aunt, Winnie Krigbaum. Visitation will be 11 to 1 pm on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls, where funeral services will be held at 1 pm. Pastor Karen Osborn will officiate the service. She will be laid to rest in the Duncan Falls Cemetery. |
