Charles K. Pride Sr., passed away this morning on Wednesday, May 27, 2023 at the age of 71 at home under hospice care. He was survivied by his wife of 60 years, Linda Pride. He was the son of the late Donald and Elizabeth Mills. He worked at Big Bear, He served in the Army 3 years then at Owens Corning Fiberglass in Newark, Mock Woodworking and retired from Brockway Glass after 30 years. He loved to do anything that had to do with wood. He gave his life to the Lord in late 2022. His surviving family is Tina Luby and son Mason, Eric Pride and daughters Tayler, Alyssa and Erica. Chad and Crystal Pride and Misti Hoopesm Chelsie and Brandon DeMatteo, Julie Gebhaart and daughters Asia and Macy. He has eight great-grandchildren. Three sisters, Sharon and Bill Hedges, Patricia Dupler and Florence Dutro (dceased), one brother Russell Pride (Deceased), 26 nieces and nephews and many special friends, including the neighborhood guys that he met at Kenny's Barn everyday to discuss everything. A caring creamation has taken place. |
