| About | David L. Huprich 1933 - 2018 David Lee Huprich passed away on March 16th in the loving care of his family while in hospice at Hilton Head Hospital, Hilton Head, South Carolina. Born in Dover, Ohio on August 2nd, 1933, he attended Zanesville High School, Miami University of Ohio, and Muskingum University. After graduating from the Ohio State University Law School with his J.D., David enjoyed a lengthy and successful career as a commercial real estate transaction lawyer and adviser with such clients as Macy's, Madison Marquette, and JMB/Federated. He was also a passionate private pilot, enthusiastic ham radio operator, writer, and avid reader. David is survived by his wife of 61 years, Sue Ross Huprich, daughters Amy (Cook) and Elizabeth (Potter), son in laws Edward Cook and Timothy Potter, grandchildren David, Alison and Nicholas Potter, and sister Cheryle (Quinn). A memorial service will be held in Hilton Head, South Carolina with specific date and location to be determined. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation in David's name to the Hospice Care of the Lowcountry (hospicecarelc.org) or the American Heart Association (heart.org).
