David Paul "Pete" Marty, 64, of Zanesville, died July 9, 2014, at his home. He was born February 28, 1950, in Zanesville, a son of the late Paul and Betty Harrison Marty. Pete was a graduate of Zanesville High School and attended Ohio University. He had worked at the Military Beer Dock, and had retired from A.K. Steel. Surviving are a daughter, Debbie Foster; a brother, Dick (Pam) Marty; a sister, Judy McAllister; three grandchildren, Destiny Foster, Dynasty Landis, and Cody Foster; nephews, Mike Marty and John McAllister; nieces, Shannon Gosewehr and Julie McAllister; great grandchildren; and great nieces and nephews.No calling hours will be observed. A memorial service will be held at a later date. |
