Mill Foreman and carpenter (extrodinaire) of Finlaw Lumber Co. in Zanesville Ohio. And wa the building official for Indian River School District in Florida. He retired in 2001. Surviving family members are his wife, Nancy Hammer.Finlaw of 60 years. Daughter, Rhonda Blair (Dan), Suzy King (deceased), Melisa McNeely ( Pat). Son's Wilber Samual (mary, deceased) and Douglas (Kim). There are 9 surviving grandchild and 12 great grand Children. He will be cremated in Indian River County, Florida. To be buried in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery. |
