| About | Deborah “Debbie” S. Bagent, 62, of Zanesville, passed away at 1:20 PM Sunday, September 9, 2012 at Genesis Morrison House Hospice. She was born September 22, 1949 in Zanesville the daughter of the late Garland G. and Lillian Faye Starling Bagent. Debbie graduated from Zanesville High School Class of 1967 and Ohio University Class of 1971. She was a teacher for Hopewell School for 30 years retiring in 2000 and continued as a substitute teacher for West Muskingum Schools, Tri-Valley Schools and East Muskingum Schools. Debbie was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church who also enjoyed working with children, traveling and reading. She is survived by her sister: Theresa Kaye Bagent of Zanesville, Aunts: Fern Starling and Jane Starling both of Corning, Uncles: Garland Starling of Corning and Bill Starling of New Lexington and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and several aunts and uncles. Memorial Park Cemetery. |
