| About | Donna Jean Mauk, 86, of Zanesville passed at 9:30 A.M. Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at Clay Gardens. She was born on Tuesday, December 14, 1937 in Zanesville, Ohio the daughter of the late David Donald Sunkel and Violet Starr Sunkel. Donna was a member of Coburn United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of Zanesville High School. Donna enjoyed cooking, camping with family, sewing and her card club. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Mauk; two sons, Steve (Sharon) Mauk and Eric (Kathy) Mauk; grandchildren, Alyssa Foster and Sarah Neuhauser; great grandchildren, Jade Foster, Kole Foster, Oliver Neuhauser and Alexander Neuhauser; a sister, Penny Higgins; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by a sister Judy Achauer. Graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, October 11, 2024, at the Zanesville Memorial Park with Pastor Mark Raaker officiating. Burial will conclude at the Zanesville Memorial Park. |
