AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest on Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Mrs. Dorothy Elaine Wansboro, 84, wife of the late Col. William P. Wansboro, Sr. Mrs. Wansboro was a native of Zanesville, Ohio. She has resided in Augusta for the last 40 years. She retired as a registered nurse from Talmadge Hospital and she was a Catholic. Family members include her children, Teresa Shepherd of Avondale Estates, Ga., William P. Wansboro, Jr. of Laurens, S.C., Thomas Wansboro of Laurens, S.C., Peter Wansboro of Newport Richey, Fla. and Sally Eppstein of Atlanta. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 29, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Father Michael Lubinsky officiating. Pallbearers will be Mike Murphy and Jim Smith. Interment will follow in Westover Memorial Park. |
