| About | Dustin H. Hulboy, 76 of Cambridge, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on December 30, 2021. Dusty was born in Rayland, Ohio, on December 12, 1945. He is the son of the late Henry and Violet (Harbin) Hulboy. Upon graduating high school, he entered the United States Navy and proudly served his country during the Vietnam War. Dusty worked for NCR of Cambridge for over 25 years until their closing in 1992. He then continued his career with Limited Brands of Columbus until retiring in 2011. In his retirement, he enjoyed walking and biking the Guernsey Trail and weekly golf outings with his COPAC Buddies. Dusty is survived by his wife of 52 years, Donella (DeVore) Hulboy; his children Chad (Jennifer) Hulboy, and Ashley (Adam) Ellison; his grandchildren Josh and Kylie Hulboy, and Piper Ellison; his siblings Brett (Ann Clift) Hulboy, and Jeff Hulboy; Manola "Ruth" Burton, his sister from another mother; James Starr, his biking, hiking, and lunch buddy; their wonderful neighbors; along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. The family wishes to thank Dr. Scott Wegner and the staff of the Genesis Cancer Center, Genesis Hospice, and the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord. In keeping with his wishes a caring cremation will take place, and no services will be held at this time. A celebration of life reception will be planned at a later date. |
