About | Edmund Black, 66, of Canton, native of Zanesville, died Sunday morning, Nov. 10, 1968, at a Canton hospital after a lingering illness. Mr. Black was born October 8, 1902, a son of John and Sarah Whikehart Black and was a retired employee of the Canton Recreation Department. He was a member of the Canton First Baptist Church. Surviving are his widow, Lucille; a daughter, Mrs. Berry Boers of Manlius, NY; two sisters, Miss Leola Black of Alhambra, CA, and Mrs. Marguerite Peterson of Columbus and a brother, Warren Black of Salem, Oregon. |
