Edward C. Stehmeyer - age 71 of the Tellico Village Community, Loudon, TN passed away on June 15, 2011 at his home. Ed, born February 22, 1940 in Zanesville, Ohio, was a member of the Trinity United Presbyterian Church. He was also a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity. Ed was an avid philatelist and reader. He graduated from Miami University of Ohio. Before retiring to Tellico Village in 1995, Ed was Western Regional Manager for Thomasville Furniture living in Orange County in Southern California for 24 years. Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Edmund C. Stehmeyer and Brenda Winn Stehmeyer of Zanesville, Ohio. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mary Jo Embree Stehmeyer; daughters, Beth (Ted) Briggs of Santa Rosa, CA; Jodi Stehmeyer of Lenoir City; Stacey (Mark) Glennon of Crestwood, KY; three granddaughters, Tessa, Erin and Reilly Briggs and grandson, Nathan Glennon; sister Cheryl (Roger) Lamb of Centerville, Ohio |
