| About | Age 77, of Owosso, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Born on June 16, 1948, in Zanesville, Elaine was the cherished daughter of Robert and Donetta (Dunn) Dingey. She brought warmth and joy to everyone around her. Elaine had a passion for life, evident in her love for having her hair and nails done. She found joy in music, especially of Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley. An avid animal lover, she opened her home to many dogs throughout her life, always providing them with the love and care they deserved. Above all, Elaine treasured her family and friends, embracing every moment spent with them. On August 21, 1965, Elaine married the love of her life, Conn Russell, in Zanesville, Ohio. Together, they built a beautiful family and created lasting memories. Elaine is survived by her loving husband, Conn Russell; her children, Cyndi Russell and Chris (Michele) Russell; her beloved grandchildren, Samanthia (Nicholas) Smith, Michael Russell, and Sara Russell; and her great-grandchild, Montell Scott. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. |
