| About | Mrs. Ella Louise Wade Beer, 55, of 1304 Souls St., Wilson, North Carolina passed away on Saturday, Aug. 16, 2008, at Wilson Medical Center. Mrs. Beer, the daughter of the late James Wade Sr. and Lillie Wade, was born Aug. 2, 1953. She was a faithful member of Glory Baptist Church. She was a former employee of the Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf and a kindergarten teacher for Wilson Public Schools. Mrs. Beer was a graduate of Barton College and was a member and vice president of the Gamma Beta Omega Chapter of the AKA Sorority Inc. She served on various community committees and boards including the Oliver Nestis Roundhouse Committee. Loving memories of Mrs. Beer are forever cherished by her devoted husband of over 30 years, Larry Michael Beer; two loving daughters, Pamela and Paula; two granddaughters, Lillie and Layla Snow of Wilson; loving sisters, Deanna Martin, the Rev. Dr. Gloria Dillion (Vermon), and Deborah Wade; and loving brother, James Wade (Helen); along with a host of other special relatives and friends. The family will be present to receive friends Saturday from 9-11 a.m. at Burrell Funeral Services, 414 LaSalle Street, Zanesville. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery.
