About Elsie Kay Fisher, 63, of South Zanesville, took a trip on the old Gospel Ship and sailed into Glory of GOD at 4:28 P.M. on March 4, 2015. Elsie fought the good fight, kept the faith and completed her course and received a crown of Righteousness laid up for her. Elsie touched many lives with her loving heart, giving spirit and affable wit. Although the loss of her presence shall impact many, her memory shall live in the hearts of her beloved. She was born March 24, 1951. Surviving are a daughter, Amy S.; a son, Scott G.; a grandson, Scott B.; four granddaughters, Darla K., Jacelyn F., Breanna G. Fisher and Destiny C. Corbett; a sister, Virginia (Jim) Hull; two brothers, Rick (Laurie) Milner and David Milner; various family members and friends; and Jade.She was preceded in death by her loving husband Gregory Lee Fisher, who died July 6, 2013; a brother Cpl. Doddrid Hayes; foster parents, Dennis and Evelyn Milner; natural parents, Holland Hayes and Violet Hayes Vanoster.Friends may call one hour prior to the time of Celebration of Life Service at noon, on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Word of Life Church, 713 Dryden Road, Zanesville, OH 43701.
