She was born on April 27, 1946 in Zanesville, OH the daughter of Orville and Vergene Wolfe Rushing. Frances was a loving wife, mother & grandmother who is survived by her children, Brian L. (Joyce) Wofter of Zanesville, daughters, Audra K. Wofter Ladd and Teresa L. Wofter both of Zanesville. Grandchildren, Andrew L. Wofter, Kayleigh M. Wofter and Trio D. Ladd. A sister Madeline Darr of Zanesville; numerous neices, nephews & friends. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert F. Wofter, 2 brothers Paul Rushing & Clarence Rushing; 4 sisters, Betty Rushing, Marjorie Tracey, Catherine Brown & Ruth Long. Friends may call 2-4pm & 6-8pm on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at the Bryan & Snider Funeral Home where funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, March 27, 2014 with Pastor Steve Harrop officiating. Burial will conclude at the Rosehill Cemetery , Roseville, Ohio |
