| About | Gail Paige Curtis, 66, of Zanesville, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2020. Gail was born September 17, 1953 to the late Melvin and Inez (Williams) Faithful, Sr. In addition to her parents, Gail is also preceded in death by her brother, Melvin Faithful; sisters, Sandy Henderson and Phyllis McPherson; uncle, Kurt Williams; aunts, JoAnn Williams and Juanita; and a brother-in-law, Ronald Lee Curtis. Gail leaves to cherish her memory, her dedicated husband, Jeffery E. Curtis; her sister, Sharon Sue Curtis, of Maryland; several special nieces and nephews including Electra Curtis, Eric Curtis and Arcasia Curtis; and a host of many other family members and friends. Gail was a kind and loving woman. She loved children and was known to enjoy looking after them, playing dress-up and taking them to church. Gail was a devoted member of St. Paul A.M.E. church, in Zanesville. It wasn’t unusual for a neighborhood child to come to her house in hopes of a pop-sicle on a hot day. Gail was an extremely loving woman, who enjoyed helping others. She will be deeply missed. You may call on the family Monday, August 24, 2020 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., with funeral service to follow at 11 a.m., at Burrell Funeral Services. Reverend Clifton Kilpatrick officiating.
