| About | Grace Marie Kaplan, 85, of 1236 Jewett Drive, died at 9:50 am, Thursday, May 28, 1987, in Willow Haven Nursing Home. Miss Kaplan taught classical languages at Zanesville High School. She was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church, Delta Kappa Gamma and the American Association of University Women. She was born January, 17, 1902, in Zaneville, a daughter of Joseph A. and Catherine Collins Kaplan. Surviving are a brother, Dr. Fred L. Kaplan of Zanesville; four nieces, two nephews, two grand-nephews and one grand-niece. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mrs Adelaide Morris and Miss Ann Kaplan and one brother Charles Kaplan of Tennessee. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery. |
