About | Harold R. Ralston, Jr, 61, of Washington, West Virginia, passed away Sunday, June15, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Parkersburg. He was born September 21, 1952 in Zanesville, Ohio the son of the late Harold R. Ralston, Sr. and Wanda Devall Ralston Cooper. He was formerly employed by CSX Railroad as a conductor/brakeman for 37 years and was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. Harold was a member of the Moose and Elks Clubs, an avid golfer and a big fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes. He is survived by sons Marty (Tammria) Ralston, Harold R. (Sunny) Ralston III, sisters Brenda (Tom) Forker, Sherry (Doug) Huey, and Cheryl (Scott) Halley, brothers Mark (Tonya) Ralston and Gary Cooper, grandchildren Derik, Brooke, Colton, and Shilo, nieces Wendy Mettler, Morgan Huey, nephews Scott Forker, Michael Huey, also his pet dog "Peanuts". Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, June 20, 2014 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Joe Dunlap officiating. |
