| About | Jack Daniel Berry, 51, of Hopewell, died Monday, September 16, 2002, at Genesis Hospice, Morrison House. Born December 8, 1950, in Zaneville, he was a construction worker and carpet installer,, an avid hunter and fisherman and attended Zanesville Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. Surviving are his wife, Jeri Davis Berry of the home; his parents, Jack L. and Twyla Martin Berry of Zanesville; his son, Pfc. Jesse Daniel Luckett in the US Army in Hawaii; daughters, Dana Ann Smith of Zanesville and Jessica Danielle Berry of the home; brothers, Floyd (Mary) Berry, French (Barb) Berry, Tim (Michelle) Berry, Bill (Pam) Berry and Jeff (Staci) Berry; sisters, Jane (Jeff) Smith and Mary (Alan) Lemity; and grandchildren, Jacob Smith, Austin Marple and Savannah Marple. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Berry. Burial will be in Poplar Forks Cemetery. |
