| About | Jack Dale Stilwell sped into this world March 3, 1939 and passed away January 5, 2024. He was born in Zanesville to Dale and Verna Stilwell. Jack graduated in 1957 and then enlisted in the Army from 1957-1964. He married Donna Jean Barron on Valentine’s Day, 1958. Jack owned “Buckeye Carriage Works” and built racing engines, many of those took the checkered flag earning his nickname, “Fast Jack”. He enjoyed the local speedways, his friends at Zanesville Municipal Airport EEA Vintage chapter 22, his rides to Buckeye Lake, and previously before his illness, riding his motorcycle. He is survived by sister, Judi Stilwell Martino, his son, Jeff (Kathy) Stilwell, 3 grandsons and 4 great grandchildren and his long time companion Shirley Lumbatis. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Donna, his brother Jim and daughters Anne and Jacqui. No services were held per his request. |
