| About | James "Jim" E. Bunting, 82, of Zanesville passed at 1:04 A.M. Thursday, October 13, 2022, at his home. He was born on Friday, March 22, 1940 in Zanesville, Ohio the son of Orville C. Bunting and Alice Pitts Bunting. Jim was a member of Pleasant Grove Methodist Church, and the Muskingum County Fair Board. He was a 1959 graduate of Zanesville High school. Retired from Brockway Glass after 39 years of service. Enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by, a daughter Lisa Bunting; two sons, Scott (Carrie) Bunting and Eric Bunting; ten grandchildren, Joshua (Erica) Bush, Jarrod (Rob) Bush, Emily (Patrick) Blevins, Keely (Nathan) Posey, James "JT" (Alisha) Bunting, Madison (Logan) Fluharty, Caden Tucker, Cohen Bunting, Trejaun Bradford, and Britlee (Cooper) Kolke; nine great grandchildren; best friend, Roger McGlade; and his dog Pip. In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his wife Linda Barnes Bunting. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home. Burial will conclude at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. |
