| About | James L. Burrier, 84, of Zanesville, died at 9:50 am Friday, February 25, 2000, at Sunnyview Nursing Home. Mr. Burrier was a 1934 graduate of Zanesville High School and Muskingum College. He went on to work in the Zanesville School system as teacher, coach and finally principal at Zanesville High School. Surviving are his wife Elizabeth Rogers Vurrier of the home, whom he married August 3, 1965; one daughter, Beth (Benjamin) Bradstreet of Columbus/ several nieces and nephews; and special friends and former students. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard G. and Fern McGee Burrier. Burial will be in Memorial Park. |
