About COCOA, FL: Janice Graham Gonzalez died at her home, June 21, 2014, surrounded by family.

She was born December 28, 1925, to the late James W. and Marguerite Roberts Graham at the home of her paternal grandparents near East Fultonham, Ohio.

Janice graduated from Lash High School, Zanesville, Ohio in 1943. She worked as a secretary at Bettis Box Company and Columbia Cement Company.

In 1953 she met her late husband, Milo Gonzalez, during a trip to Tampa, Florida, and moved there later that year. Janice and Milo were married, October 2, 1954. Janice was employed by The First National Bank of Tampa. After the birth of their daughter, she went to work for Benito Advertising where she held many positions including Vice President and Media Director and serving on the board of directors, retiring early in 1995. She was president of American Women in Radio and Television for two years. In 1981 Janice was the first woman awarded the prestigious Silver Medal by the Tampa Advertising Club.

Janice and Milo moved to Port St. John, Florida in 1995 to be near their daughter. Janice was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Port St. John.

Janice is survived by her beloved daughter, Sandra Philp; wonderful son-in-law, Donald Philp; granddaughter, Erin Philp-Sallustio; two great-granddaughters, Katie and Emily Sallustio; niece and Goddaughter, Kristie Graham Roberts (Carl); great-nephew, Jonathan Fitzgerald Roberts; niece Kathy Combs; nephews, James (Jeep) and Scott Graham; and many special friends and caregivers who meant so much to her.

In addition to her parents and husband, Janice is preceded in death by twin brothers, James and Fred Graham.
