| About | Jennie R. Jalbrzikowski, 93, of Zanesville, died Saturday, February 19, 2011, at the Cedar Hill Care Center. She was born June 11, 1917, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Walter and Helen Wojick Jalbrzikowski. She was a 1936 graduate of Lash High School and a lifelong member of the St. Nicholas Catholic Church. She retired as a secretary from Gould National Battery in l979 and was a twenty year volunteer at Good Samaritan Hospital. She is survived by her sister, Stella Tomson, Zanesville; nephews, Joe (Sharon) Ambrose, Zanesville, Charles (Sally) Jalbrzikowski, Zanesville, Michael (Becky) Jalbrzikowski, Mt. Vernon, Jeffrey Jalbrzikowski, Zanesville, and Mark (Beth) Tomson, Baltimore; nephews by marriage, Quincy Taylor, Titusville, FL, Tom Tewksbary, and Gary Anshutz, both of Zanesville; nieces, Elaine (Gary) Joseph, Zanesville, and Marty (Dave) Ingram, Newark; and numerous great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters-in-law, Joseph (Chris), (Kay) Ambrose and Charles (Agnes) Jalbrzikowski Sr., brother-in-law, Gordon Tomson; and nieces, Kathleen Taylor, Joanne Tewksbary, and Mary Anshutz. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Zanesville. |
