| About | Jeraldine Criswell Apperson Jerri Apperson, 88 of Lancaster, passed away peacefully June 30, 2022. She was born in Zanesville, Ohio, to the late Charles and Dorothy Criswell. She was also preceded in death by her husband Bob and her sister Nora. Jerri was a woman of many talents and hobbies. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, camping, sports, reading and playing cards. She loved all animals, especially cats. There wasn’t a craft that Jerri couldn’t do and do well, and she would happily teach these craft skills to anyone that asked. A good part of Lancaster has an afghan, baby sweater or some other item created by her hands. Jerri so enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She will be sorely missed by daughter Nancy (Bobby) and son Steve (Penny). She leaves behind sisters Gertrude and Mary Ellen of Zanesville as well as grandkids Kelli, Cory, and Rachel, and their spouses. Jerri will also be missed by greatgrands Mason, Mackenzie and Jordin as well as best friend Becki plus many other friends. A celebration of life will be held late summer. Memorial donations may be made in Jerri’s name to Fairhope Hospice, 282 Sells Rd, Lancaster, OH 43130. |
