| About | Jeremy D. Rutter, 48, of Dresden, passed away peacefully, but unexpectedly on January 22, 2023, at his home. Jeremy was born in Zanesville on June 21, 1974. He is the son of David E. and Evelyn K. (Russell) Rutter. He worked as a machine operator for Owens Corning for the past 25 years. He attended Dresden United Methodist Church. Jeremy was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes Football and Basketball fan and Atlanta Braves Baseball fan. He also enjoyed listening to heavy metal bands. Jeremy is survived by his wife of 23 years, Kisha R. (Thomsen) Rutter whom he married December 28, 1999; his children, Jacob D. Wheeler, Courtney M. (Greg McFadden) Rutter, and Katelin D. Rutter; his granddaughter, Emily N. Wheeler; a special nephew, Zach (Katlyn) Rutter; a special niece, Kashawna Clifford; his sisters, Angeline Conners and Andrea Hoover; and several nieces and nephews. Jeremy is preceded in death by his two sisters, Leticia Rutter and Macinda Rutter and his maternal and paternal grandparents. |
