| About | A memorial service will be held for Jo Ann Pletcher, 71, on Monday, October 24th at Thompson-Farus Funeral Home, 383 Main Street, Duncan Falls, Ohio at 11:30 a.m. Visitation will be held from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Mrs. Pletcher, wife of Earl Pletcher, passed away Wednesday, October 19th in Wilmington, Ohio. Born in Zanesville, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mildred Farmer. She graduated from Bethesda Nursing School and worked many years as a registered nurse. She married Earl Pletcher fifty years ago and resided in Blanchester, Ohio. Surviving are her husband, Earl Pletcher; and daughter, Erin Pletcher of Blanchester; her daughter Leigh Ann Spell, son-in-law Jamie Spell; granddaughter Hannah Spell, and grandson Kyler Spell of Irmo, SC; her daughter Elaine Vastine and granddaughters Peyton Vastine and Kendall Vastine of Columbia, SC; and her sister, Marguerite Loomis of Avondale, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her brother David Farmer.
