| About | WESTERVILLE: JoAnn Patterson, age 74, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2012. She was born in Zanesville, Ohio on September 11, 1937 to Gene Clifford and Margaret Ann (Sparkes) Cooper. She was a 1955 graduate of Zanesville High School and kept in touch with her high school friends spending time with the Zanesville High Lunch Bunch. She retired from Huntington National Bank after many years of dedicated service. She also worked for many years at Triangle Investments/Ardent Communities and Dragoo and Associates. JoAnn enjoyed monthly visits to the Kelton House Museum and Garden for tea with her friends. She also enjoyed gambling, especially in Las Vegas and at the Riverboat Casinos. She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Clifford Cooper; step-father, Robert "Bob" Hughes; and brother, David Gene Cooper. She is survived by her mother, Margaret Ann Hughes; son, Weston Randall "Randy" (Jaci) Patterson; daughter, Lisa (Tim) Farber; grandchildren, Drew and Lauren Farber; step-grandchildren, Harmony and Jim; step-great grandson, Austin; step-siblings, Brenda (John) Gregg, Pamela (Jeff) Maxwell, and Robert "Bob" Hughes. Burial will be in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in JoAnn's memory may be made to the Central Ohio Diabetes Association, 1100 Dennison Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43201. |
