| About | Jon Steven Denny, 24, of 1225 Bluff St., died at 7:29pm Wednesday at Bethesda Hospital from injuries he received in a motorcycle accident two weeks ago. Born May 18, 1957, in Zanesville, He was the son of James and Dorothea Adams Denny Sr. of 1398 Mitchell St. An employee of McGraw-Edison, Mr. Denny was a 1974 graduate of Zanesville High School, active in baseball and bowling and was member of the Methodist church, National Rifle Association and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Surviving in addition to hs parents are a daughter Jamie Lynn Denny of Zanesvile; one brother James H. Denny Jr. of 1102 Chester St.; one sister, Jo L. Denny of 742 Westbourne Ave.; and his grandmother, Mrs. George Chorjel of 1305 Athena Lane. Friends may call from 7 to 9 pm today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Saturday at DeLong and Baker Funeral Home. The Fraternal Order of Eagles will hold a ritual service at 7:30 pm Saturday at the Funeral home. Burial will be in Memorial Park. |
