About Judith "Judy" K. (Edwards) Mahle, 78, of Zanesville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her entire family at 11:11pm on Friday, April 17th, 2021 at her daughter's home. She was born November 24th, 1942 in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Howard and Leona Sharrer.

Where to begin to describe this amazing woman, as there will never be anyone quite like her! She was the most wonderful, caring, and sweetest wife, mother, Nana, and friend. She has been a devout Christian her entire life, where she was a Sunday school teacher and a very active mentor and member of her church family for over fifty years. To say she was special is an understatement! The memories made with her are endless! Her impact on others throughout her life meant more than she could ever begin to imagine! Her genuine sweetness and loving spirit allowed everyone in her life to feel blessed beyond measure.

We are all devastated that we have lost her physically, but we're beyond happy to know she is now in heaven dancing and rejoicing with Papaw, the absolute love of her life! We are truly lucky to have the greatest guardian angel one could ever imagine!

She is survived by her four children Susan (Michael) Sims, Stacey (Pat) Longstreth, Brian Mahle, and Jennifer (James) Galbraith; Her five grandchildren—Lindsay Sims, Mollie (Austin) Martin, Brady Longstreth, Rhett (Jason) Beem and Kinsey Longstreth; her two great-grandchildren—Mayleigh Martin and Briar Longstreth; Her brother—William Sharrer and her sister-in-law—Lynda Sharrer; Her several nieces and nephews whom she also loved dearly. She's also survived by her life-long best friends, "the girls," in which she adored & enjoyed lunch with monthly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald "Donnie" Mahle, sister—Betty Jackson, and her brother—James Sharrer. The family would like to thank Hospice of Central Ohio, especially Ashley Sode, her nurse and bonus granddaughter.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, May 22nd, 2021 at 1pm at Unity Church of The Nazarene - 3095 Maysville Pike in Zanesville with Pastor Walt Gessner and Pastor Jamie West officiating.
