| About | Kathryn I. Allen, 87, of 1512 Columbia Drive, Woodland, California, and formerly of Zanesville, died at 9 am Monday, January 21, 1991, at Hill Haven Convalescent Home. Mrs. Allen was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Phoenix, Arizona. She had been a teacher in Phoenix and lived there for 40 years. Born July 19, 1903, in Zanesville, she was a daughter of Jesse Mattie Sturgiss Cohagan. Surviving are one son, Raymond Allen of Woodland, with whom she resided with for the last 3 years; two sisters, Mrs. Fred (Gladys) McVickers of Zanesville and Mrs. Lorin (Mary Frances) McNeal of Xenia; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry M. Allen and one son Thomas Allen. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery in Phoenix, Arizona. |
