About | Keith Vincent Greiner, 75, of Zaneville, passed away on Sun. Dec. 13, 2020 at his home. He was born on Nov. 12, 1945 in Zanesville, a son of the late Weldon and Jean (Wallace) Greiner. He was a proud United States Army veteran honorably serving two tours in Vietnam as a recon specialist. He retired from Alcoa after 19 years of service. Prior to that he worked in the coal mining industry. He was a longtime member of the Zanesville VFW and the NRA. He enjoyed boating, fishing, and target shooting with Matthew, Jacob and Carson. In Feb. 2020 he checked off his bucket list by traveling to Pearl Harbor. He is survived by his wife Martha (Russell) Greiner. One son Matthew (Amy) Greiner. Two grandsons Jacob and Carson. One granddaughter Kiersten. One brother Kevin (Barbara) Greiner. Two sisters Kristy (Dan) Quinn and Karen (Rick) Hazen. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son Christopher Russell Greiner. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m,. Thur. Dec. 17, 2020 at William Thompson and Son Funeral Home 5765 Gladstone Drive in White Cottage. Graveside services will follow the visitation at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery on Bald Hill Road. |
