About | Ladyne A. Frazee, 67 of Delaware, passed unexpectedly early afternoon, Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at Grady Memorial Hospital. Ladyne was born September 2, 1956 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, the youngest daughter of the late John Clifford & Joan Marilyn (Crumbaker) Smock. Ladyne graduated from Zanesville High School in 1974. Ladyne will be remembered most for her dedication to Robinson Flower Shop in Delaware, where she worked as a floral designer for over 10 years, she also worked for Kroger in the Floral Department as a designer for over 14 years at the Houk Road location. Left to cherish Ladyne’s Memory are her loving and supportive husband of 16 years Brian; sons Ryan Wells, Taylor (Jeanna) Wells and Ryan (Stacey) Frazee; grandchildren Henley & Keaton and Adelynn & Scarlett; brother Greg (Cathy) Smock; sister Melanie (Jeff) Barrick; Feline companions Jackson and Beckett. Ladyne was preceded in death by her parents, who helped shape her into the individual that she was, she was also preceded in death by infant son Logan Wells. Ladyne was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi women’s social service group. She was a survivor of Ovarian Cancer which made her a fighter. She enjoyed all holidays with her family, but especially enjoyed Christmas. She loved traveling, some of her favorite places were Gatlinburg, Nashville, and Put-In-Bay. Those close to Ladyne will remember her as the loyal, caring, proper, and sparkly individual that she was, who was always the life of the party. Memorial Services will be held for Ladyne on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 12:30 pm at the Snyder-Rodman Funeral Center, 101 Valleyside Drive, Delaware, Ohio 43015 where Chaplain Cyrus Broughton will officiate. Friends may join the family following services in the community room for a Celebration of Ladyne’s life. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed towards Lifeline of Ohio, 770 Kinnear Rd, Columbus, OH 43212, or Alzheimer’s Association of Central Ohio, 1379 Dublin Rd, Columbus, OH 43215, or a Charity of the Donor’s Choosing. |
