Laurence A. Wyatt, 64, passed away peacefully Friday, Oct. 17, in Vallejo. He was born in Zanesville, Ohio, but lived for 34 years in Vallejo. He attended Zanesville High School in Ohio and served in the United States Army. Laurence worked as a Licensed General Contractor for over 25 years. He loved serving and helping others in the community, building, constructing and repairing homes. However, his greatest love was sharing the word of God with others. He is survived by his wife, Juni McGilbery Wyatt; daughter, Erin (Fred); son, Yancey (Stephanie); stepdaughter, Sianna; stepsons, Pedro Jr. and Matthew; sisters, Patty Ann, Judy, Elaine, and Marjorie; 10 grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, as well as many cousins. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 29 from 3 to 8 p.m., at Wiggins-Knipp Funeral Home, 524 Capitol St., in Vallejo. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, Oct. 30, at 11 a.m., also at Wiggins-Knipp Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Dixon at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Road, at 2:30 p.m. |
