About | Letha M. Nabb, 87, of Zanesville, died at 7:37 A.M. on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at her home. She was born October 14, 1929, in Zanesville, daughter of the late Francis and Thelma Henery Bowles. She was a homemaker, a loyal Cincinnati Reds Fan, and loved working crossword puzzles. She is survived by a daughter, Darlo Tyo; three sons, Jay (Cindy) Nabb, Sr., Bill (Betty) Nabb, and Bob (Cherril) Nabb; six grandchildren, Jay Nabb Jr., Mindy (Jason) Kokensparger, Melissa (Kail) Musgrave, Jennifer Nabb, Heather Nabb, and Amanda Nabb; six great-grandchildren, Jakob, Oryin, Andrew, Jaxon, Carter, and Makaila; two sisters, Leah Smith and Lillian Smith; a sister-in-law, Sandy Bowles; a brother-in-law, Don Roy; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins and especially those that took care of Letha in her last days. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jay William Nabb who died November 22, 1982; granddaughter, Kristi Nabb; great-grandson, Noah Kokensparger; four sisters, Lyllis Guss, Lois Pace, Lea June Roy, and Louise Liggett; and three brothers, Henry, Dale, and Gary Bowles. Friends and family may call from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Friday, July 21, 2017 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE where funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 22, 2017, with Tim Smith officiating. She will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville. |
