About | Lezley Layne Laudenbacher, 43, of Zanesville, passed away at her home June 23, 2008. Lezley was born in Cambridge, April 9, 1965 to James and Virginia Spiker Laudenbacher with whom she made her home. Lezley graduated from Zanesville High School in 1983. She provided childcare for children for 20 years and was employed at the Golden Corral for the last two years. She was a member of Central Presbyterian Church in Zanesville, the Fellowship Christ Community at the Presbyterian Church as a 4-H advisor. In addition to her parents, she is also survived by her brother, James Eric (Cheryl) Laudenbacher of Greensboro, North Carolina; maternal grandmother, Beatrice Spiker of Dresden; grandfather, Raymond Barclay of Zanesville; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Carl F. and Ada Laudenbacher; maternal grandfather, Frederick Spiker; and two brothers, Donald Ray and Ronald Jay Laudenbacher. A caring cremation will take place. Visitation with the family will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at Central Presbyterian Church at 10:00 a.m. with a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. conducted by Rev. Ray Morrison and a special speaker, Lisa Bearnson.
