| About | Lillian R. Newman, 88, of Zanesville, died Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Forest View Health Campus. She was born Friday, December 22, 1922, in Zanesville, the daughter of Raymond Anderson and Lucy (Starks) Anderson. Lillian was a homemaker and was a LPN for Good Samaritan Hospital for 35 years. Lillian is survived by a daughter, Patricia L. Duncan of Columbus; a son Gordon E. (Barbara) Newman of Zanesville, four sisters, Sylvia Barber of Arizona, Evelyn Ragland and Bea Ross both of Columbus, and Vivian Anderson of Chicago, IL, a brother, Raymond (Katherine) Anderson of Columbus; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Ralph Newman;four sisters and one brother. |
