| About | Linda L. Lorentz, 72, of Zanesville, died at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at her residence surrounded by her loved ones. She was born February 1, 1939, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Orin King and Helen Elizabeth Smitley Cramer. She was a member of the St. John’s Lutheran Church and enjoyed putting together plastic canvas with her friend Pam. Surviving are her husband of 53 years, Harry N. Lorentz, whom she married August 27, 1957, of the home; two daughters, Elizabeth (Woody) Glosser of Zanesville and Melissa (John) Boyd of Newark; nine grandchildren; twenty two great grandchildren; two sisters, Patty Gaddis and Kathy; and three brothers, John, Tim and Jim Cramer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Charles Lorentz; and a sister, Ann Mae Martin. Linda will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery. |
