About | Loren E. Vinsel, 61, of North Fotr Myers, FL and formerly of Zanesville, died at 2:35 am Sunday, March 31, 1991 at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, following a six month illness. Mr. Vinsel retired in 1989 as manager of Muskingum Moter Club and vice president of travel for the Ohio Auto Club. He was a member of Rotary, Elks, various Masonic lodges and service clubs and Messiah Lutheran Church in Fort Myers. Mr. Vinsel received the Zanesville Jaycee Distinguished Service Award in 1962. Born October 16, 1929 in Zaneville, he was a son of Paul G. and Laura McCormick Vinsel. Surviving are his wife, Lydia Lancaster Vinsel, whom he married Octover 29, 1950; three sons, Lance Vinsel of Joliet, IL, Lex Vinsel of Olympia, WA., and Lon Vinsel of Gahanna: two sister Mrs. Dalton (Cledith) King of Columbus and Mrs. Lloyd (Wilma) Buller of Lansing, MI,: two brothers, Maurice Vinsel and Bryce Vinsel borht of Zanesville: six grandchildren: and several nieces and nephews He was preceded in death by two sons, Lee Erice Vinsel and Loren Eugene Vinsel Jr. Burial will be in memorial Park. |
