| About | Lundy Renee Garrett Lentz, 57, went to be with our Lord on January 2, 2024 at her home in Zanesville following existing health issues. Lundy was a Zanesville native, a volunteer candy striper in her youth, and a nursing graduate of MAJVS in 1984. She worked for many years as a licensed practical nurse in the fields of senior care and hospice care, taking a break in her career for her proudest accomplishment of raising two sons. Her strong morals and warm nature made her an exceptional nurse, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her parents Robert Garrett and Darla Mercer Garrett, husband William Lentz Jr., sons William “Billy” (Kara) Lentz III and Jeffrey (Leanne) Lentz, granddaughter Claire, brother Andrew “Andy” (Wendy) Garrett, nephews Braden and Ethan, and niece Bristol. Per Lundy’s wishes, a cremation has taken place with the help of Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home with a private viewing for family. A celebration of life will occur at a later date. |
